Church Loan Fund

Owned by California Baptist Foundation this fund provides church mortgages to qualifying churches.

With loans ranging from $500,000 to $10 million, the Loan Fund serves the construction and renovation needs of the faith-based community. This includes term loans, construction loans, lines of credit and participation loans alongside other lenders, denominational loan funds or bond offerings.

Church Capital Fund

This recently launched loan fund is also owned by California Baptist Foundation. While it's purpose is similar to the existing church loan fund, the way in which underlying investments are managed within the fund is different in order to provide a greater measure of flexibility to investors and the fund manager.
